  • 2 1/2 cups of fresh apple juice or cider
  • 1 cup of sparkling water or club soda
  • 3 crisp Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 3 ripe pears, diced
  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Step 1: Prepare Your Fruits
  1. Start by washing and dicing the apples and pears. I suggest using Honeycrisp apples for their sweetness and crunch. Cut them into bite-sized pieces, and remember to leave the skin on for extra flavor and texture.
Step 2: Mix Your Liquids
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the Pinot Grigio, ginger liqueur, apple cider, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to mix everything together. This is where the magic begins.
