I’m Rachel Garland, a registered dietitian from Fairfield, California, and food has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up in a family where dinner was a time to connect, I learned early on that food brings people together. But, like many of you, I’ve also struggled with finding the time to make home-cooked meals amid the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

As a dietitian, I know how important it is to eat healthy, balanced meals, but I also know how overwhelming it can be to prepare nutritious food when you’re pressed for time. Over the years, I’ve developed a love for finding creative ways to make wholesome meals that don’t require hours in the kitchen. That’s where the idea for Quick Delicious Meals was born!
